Where art comes together
An art platform in New Delhi, founded by artist Gaurav Chawla. We show artists, run open calls that anyone can join, and teach — mostly children.

What we do
An art platform,
not a gallery wall
ArtKriti is an initiative of artist Gaurav Chawla, striving to engage and push new boundaries within the multidisciplinary parameters and practices of art and design.
It is an art project that seeks to educate, inspire and lift the creative spirit. Aimed at embracing and highlighting the processes, approaches and ideas of some of today's established and emerging artists, the core of ArtKriti is to bring art into everyone's life — bringing artists near to art lovers, and offering a platform to express intimate and personal ideas. With craftsmanship, artistry and quality in mind.

Art made
by many hands
Some of ArtKriti's best-known work was not made by one artist. Peace Card gathered a postcard each from a hundred strangers into a single installation at the India Habitat Centre. Shoe-Tale turned painted shoes and photographs into an interactive work about women's strength. The method is the point: art belongs to everyone who takes part.
In their words
Art is devotion. It opens the doors to the depth of one's heart. Ruchi Chadha, artist
